The Big Three is a starting point, not a complete chart. Unknown time removes Rising and may leave two possible Moon signs.
Missing result

Yes. The tool checks the Sun and Moon across your local birth date. If the Moon changed signs, it shows both possibilities. It never assigns a Rising sign without a time.
The Ascendant moves quickly—often into a new sign about every two hours. Place and date alone are not enough to calculate it responsibly.
You can calculate with it, but read the Rising result cautiously. A time near a sign boundary can change the result; a recorded birth certificate time is preferable.
